Simply put, it’s designed for just that.
Join us for an intimate one-day seminar covering every thing from programming, nutrition, mobility and mindset secrets used by Khan Porter and Ben Garard, two of the top functional fitness athletes in the country.
In this 1 day event, you’ll learn:
- The programming secrets Khan and Ben used to make the games, step by step
- Get Nutritional advice from us, and our expert Physio to maximise your results
- The warrior mindset preparation we go through so you can maximise your workouts and competitions
- Learn what GRID is and experience the speed and intensity of a match
- And also have the chance to answer all your questions in great detail with the intimate setting

WHAT TIME: 9:00am - 5:30pm
WHAT TO BRING: Workout gear (get ready to get hands on!) and something to take notes with. There’s going to be gold you don’t want to miss.
